We’re delighted to welcome Katy Sweeney to Brighter Consultancy as our new Associate Manager. Katy joins us with a strong background in people management and colleague engagement in the financial services sector, and will play a key role in strengthening relationships across our Associate Community. Her focus will be on ensuring we remain proactive in our support while continuing to deliver world-class service to both our Associates and clients.
Katy will work closely with our Associates throughout their assignments, acting as a dedicated point of contact through regular one-to-one check-ins and ongoing support. These conversations will provide opportunities to celebrate successes, discuss challenges, and identify where Brighter can continue to improve and add value through our commitment to continuous improvement.
Alongside supporting our Associate community, Katy will also work closely with our clients, ensuring they always have a trusted point of contact for guidance, support, and any questions or concerns that may arise.
