Associates Portal
Following the successful pilot of the Associate Portal, we are delighted to confirm that it has now been rolled out to all Associates working via a Professional Services Contract.
What originally started as an invoicing tool has evolved into a central hub where Associates can submit and track invoices, view payment dates and deadlines, access useful resources and FAQs, meet the Brighter Operations team, and contact Operations or Finance directly.
Our aim is for the portal to become an important part of the Brighter Associate experience, creating a stronger and more direct connection between our Associates and the teams that support them. We look forward to continuing to develop the portal and adding new features and content over time.
