Laura is a CIPD qualified HR professional, bringing extensive experience in HR, payroll and employee onboarding to Brighter Consultancy. Laura has delivered streamlining of HR processes, increased team performance and efficiency across multiple large organisations in Construction, Medical and the Motor Industry.

John has over 17 years’ experience working commercially delivering high value, high impact services to clients. He has worked as a successful provider to the Insurance industry for the last 11 years with experience across the majority of the Insurance industries key disciplines.

Simon has over 35 years of experience in financial services, spanning insurance, banking, payments, and consultancy. He has held executive leadership roles including CEO, COO, and CRO, and now serves as a strategic advisor to boards navigating growth, regulatory complexity, and risk.

Simon brings deep expertise in financial crime risk management and regulatory transformation, advising on governance, compliance frameworks and strategic responses to evolving regulatory expectations.
